*Reservations made through our Official website are not accepted through this accommodation booking site.

The method for using Kyushu Reconstruction Support Discount varies depending on the booking site.

Please be sure to check the discount usage method and applicable conditions on the booking website you plan to use.

Please understand that we are unable to provide information on how to use discounts on the reservation website.

Even if you write "I would like to use the Kyushu Reconstruction Support Discount" in the comments section when making a reservation, the discount cannot be applied.

Please be sure to check that the discount has been applied on the booking website screen before completing your reservation.

In campaigns in other prefectures that have already begun accepting reservations, we have observed many cases where reservations are completed without the discount being applied.

Even after completing your reservation, please be sure to check the reservation management screen or reservation confirmation email to confirm that Kyushu Reconstruction Support Discount has been applied.

If you visit our facility without having applied a discount, we will not be able to apply the discount on the day of your visit.

Please be extremely careful.

Even if you wish to cancel your reservation because you were unable to use a discount, if your reservation falls within the period for which cancellation fees apply, you will be charged a cancellation fee according to our standard cancellation policy.

Existing reservations are not eligible for Kyushu Reconstruction Support Discount.

If you wish to use the discount, you will need to rebook through the designated reservation website after reservations open.

Depending on the booking site, it may take some time for room availability to be reflected on the site after you cancel your current reservation.

In the meantime, other customers may make reservations, and your preferred room may be taken.

Therefore, we cannot guarantee or secure room availability at this facility when you rebook.

Please take full understanding of the situation and then retake the order.

This is the period during which Kyushu Reconstruction Support Discount is available.**From October 1st (Thursday) to December 25th(Friday)**Due to the holiday season, some dates are already fully booked.

Please understand that we may not be able to accommodate your preferred dates or room type.

Seating is limited in both the dinner and breakfast venues.

Therefore, even if you choose your preferred plan, it may not be possible to book it on your desired dates with the discount applied.

Direct bookings with accommodations will begin on Friday, October 16th.
