The reception hours for this facility are from 12:00 to 12:30 on Friday, October 16, 2026.
The reception time is limited to 30 minutes, and reservations are accepted by phone only.
If the maximum amount of subsidies allocated to this facility is reached, we will close applications even if it is within the application hours.

We are unable to provide information regarding the check-in and check-out times of other accommodations.
Please contact each facility directly.

We only accept orders by phone.
Please note that reservations made through our Official website or other booking sites are not eligible for discounts.
The phone lines will be extremely busy and difficult to connect to immediately after registration opens.

Additionally, reservations made outside of the designated reception times will not be eligible for discounts and will be charged at the regular rate.

This campaign is a discount program that utilizes subsidies, so there are several conditions for using it.

① Regarding the date and time of registration
The discount applies only to reservations made by phone between 12:00 PM on Friday, October 16th and the end of the reservation period.
Applications submitted before the start of registration or after the registration period has ended will not be eligible for the discount and will be charged at the regular price.
If the maximum amount of subsidies allocated to this facility is reached, we will close applications even if it is within the application hours.

② Changes and cancellations after booking
Due to the terms and conditions of this campaign, we cannot accept changes to the date, number of people, or reservation details after your reservation has been made.
For cancellations, a prescribed cancellation fee will be charged in accordance with our standard cancellation policy.

③ Cancellation in case the discount is unavailable
Even if you wish to cancel your reservation because you were unable to use a discount, if your reservation falls within the period for which cancellation fees apply, you will be charged a cancellation fee according to our standard cancellation policy.

④ Regarding your current reservations
Reservations made before 12:00 PM on Friday, October 16, 2026 are not eligible for Kyushu Reconstruction Support Discount.
If you wish to use the discount, you will need to apply again by phone after registration opens.
Canceling your current reservation does not guarantee that there will be availability for your desired dates or room type.
In the meantime, other customers may make reservations, and your preferred room may be taken.
Therefore, even if you cancel your current reservation, we cannot guarantee or reserve room availability for you when you rebook.
Please be sure to understand the above points before canceling your current reservation.

⑤ Verification of the guest's identity and registration of the application form
Upon check-in, we require you to verify your identity and complete a designated application form.
Additionally, you will need to register the names of all guests on the application form.
Please understand that if you are unable to cooperate with identity verification and registration, you will not be eligible for the discount.

⑥ Regarding dates that are fully booked
The campaign applies to stays from October 1st (Thursday) to December 25th (Friday), 2026.
Due to the holiday season, some dates within the specified period are already fully booked.
Depending on your desired dates and room type, we may not be able to accept your reservation.

⑦ Regarding plan that include meals
Seating in the restaurant at this facility is limited.
Therefore, depending on your desired dates, we may not be able to accept your reservation for plan that includes meals.
