    The menu features fresh vegetables and seafood grown in the rich natural environment, as well as Oita Wagyu, a brand of Japanese beef that Oita is proud of, as the main dish.

      		A classic YADOYA menu item that has been popular for many years.Oita Wagyu beef sukiyaki made with a sweet and mellow sauce unique to Kyushu.Served with rich Rano eggs, this is a delicacy that will warm both your body and soul.

      Steak kaiseki cuisine

      		The A5-ranked Oita Wagyu beef, carefully grilled by the chief chef, is truly exquisite.This is a special course available to only 10 people per day, where you can simply savor the melt-in-your-mouth deliciousness.

    Our egg on rice, made with Cattleya soy sauce from Fujiyoshi Soy Sauce, a long-established soy sauce maker in Beppu, has been well-received by many customers.

    Our steamed vegetables, popular among women, are made with fresh seasonal vegetables sourced from trusted specialty stores, and are finished with a delicate and gentle flavor that brings out the natural flavor of the ingredients.

    The rice accompaniments, seasonal fruits, and grilled fish served in nine masu boxes are also popular.
