Furthermore, an investigation by TEMAIRAZU Co., Ltd. has confirmed that it cannot be ruled out that some guest information may have been viewed or obtained by a third party.
● Details of the Incident
We have confirmed that suspicious messages are being sent to our guests via messaging apps such as WhatsApp, primarily from Indian phone numbers (e.g., +351), regarding reservations made by September 21, 2026, with stay dates on or after September 21, 2026.
This issue has been occurring at hotels throughout Japan that have implemented systems from TEMAIRAZU Co., Ltd.
These messages may include reservation details such as your name and check-in date, and in some cases, they contain text that appears to be a notification from our hotel, prompting you to enter your credit card information.
Some messages appear to be designed to create a sense of urgency, such as stating, “Your reservation will be canceled if you do not enter your credit card information.”
We use our official email address or the messaging feature on the booking website to contact our guests.
We never use messaging apps such as WhatsApp to send notifications regarding reservation confirmations, payments, or reservation cancellations.

・Do not reply to suspicious messages.
・Do not open any URLs or links contained in the message.
・Do not enter your credit card information or personal information.
・Do not make any payments or money transfers based on the instructions in the message.
・If you need to confirm your reservation details, please contact the customer support of the online booking site.
In the unlikely event that you have entered your credit card information or made a payment or money transfer, please contact your credit card company immediately.
● Future Measures
We have been informed that TEMAIRAZU Co., Ltd. has already identified the cause of the unauthorized access and has completed implementing countermeasures for the specific area that led to this incident.
We have also been informed that they are proceeding with reporting the incident to the police, requesting an investigation by an external specialized agency, and reporting it to the Personal Information Protection Commission.
We sincerely apologize for any concern and inconvenience this may have caused our guests.
