또, 번거로움 없이 주식회사의 조사에 의해, 숙박자 정보의 일부가 제삼자에게 열람 또는 취득된 가능성을 부정할 수 없는 것이 확인되고 있습니다.
●발생하는 사건에 대해
2026년 9월 21일(월요일)까지 성립한 예약으로, 2026년 9월 21일(월요일) 이후의 숙박일 예약을 대상으로 해외 전송 번호(+351 등)에서 WhatsApp 등의 메시지 앱을 사용하여 의심스러운 메시지가 보내지는 이벤트를 확인하고 있습니다.
메시지에는 손님의 이름・숙박일 등의 예약 정보가 기재되어 있는 경우가 있어, 거기에 당관으로부터의 소식인 것처럼, 신용카드 정보의 입력을 촉구하는 내용의 문언이 게재되고 있는 경우가 있습니다.
그중에는 「신용 카드 정보를 입력하지 않으면 예약이 취소된다」라고 하는, 대응을 초조할 수 있는 내용의 메세지가 송부되고 있는 것 같습니다.
본 시설에서는 고객에게 연락 수단으로 공식 이메일 주소 또는 숙박 예약 사이트의 메시지 기능을 사용하고 있습니다.
WhatsApp 등의 메시지 앱을 사용하여 예약 확인, 결제, 예약 취소 등의 연락을 드리지 않습니다.
의심스러운 메시지를 받으면 다음 사항에 주의하십시오.
·의심스러운 메시지에 회신하지 마십시오.
·메시지에서 URL이나 링크를 열지 않음
·신용카드 정보나 개인정보를 입력하지 않음
·메시지의 지시에 따라 지불하거나 송금하지 않습니다.
·예약 내용을 확인하려면 숙박 예약 사이트의 고객 지원에 문의
만일, 신용카드 정보를 입력된 경우나, 지불·송금을 행해 버린 경우는, 신속하게 이용의 신용카드 회사등에 연락해 주세요.
●향후의 대응에 대해서
번거롭지 않고 주식회사에서는, 부정 액세스의 원인에 대해서 벌써 특정하고 있어, 이번 확인된 부정 액세스의 원인이 된 개소에의 대책을 완료했다고 하는 보고를 받고 있습니다.
아울러 경찰에의 통보·외부 전문 기관에의 조사 의뢰 및 개인 정보 보호 위원회에의 보고를 진행하고 있다고 하는 보고도 받고 있습니다.

Notice Regarding Suspicious Messages
- Dear Guests,
Thank you for your continued support of Yufuin Yawaragi no sato Yadoya.
We have recently received a report from "TEMAIRAZU Co., Ltd.," the provider of the reservation management system (a system that centrally manages multiple online booking platforms) used by our hotel, stating that unauthorized access to their system by a third party has been confirmed.
Furthermore, an investigation by TEMAIRAZU Co., Ltd. has confirmed that it cannot be ruled out that some guest information may have been viewed or obtained by a third party.
● Details of the Incident
We have confirmed that suspicious messages are being sent to our guests via messaging apps such as WhatsApp, primarily from Indian phone numbers (e.g., +351), regarding reservations made by September 21, 2026, with stay dates on or after September 21, 2026.
This issue has been occurring at hotels throughout Japan that have implemented systems from TEMAIRAZU Co., Ltd.
These messages may include reservation details such as your name and check-in date, and in some cases, they contain text that appears to be a notification from our hotel, prompting you to enter your credit card information.
Some messages appear to be designed to create a sense of urgency, such as stating, “Your reservation will be canceled if you do not enter your credit card information.”
We use our official email address or the messaging feature on the booking website to contact our guests.
We never use messaging apps such as WhatsApp to send notifications regarding reservation confirmations, payments, or reservation cancellations.
- If you receive a suspicious message, please take the following precautions:
·Do not reply to suspicious messages.
·Do not open any URLs or links contained in the message.
·Do not enter your credit card information or personal information.
·Do not make any payments or money transfers based on the instructions in the message.
·If you need to confirm your reservation details, please contact the customer support of the online booking site.
In the unlikely event that you have entered your credit card information or made a payment or money transfer, please contact your credit card company immediately.
● Future Measures
We have been informed that TEMAIRAZU Co., Ltd. has already identified the cause of the unauthorized access and has completed implementing countermeasures for the specific area that led to this incident.
We have also been informed that they are proceeding with reporting the incident to the police, requesting an investigation by an external specialized agency, and reporting it to the Personal Information Protection Commission.
We sincerely apologize for any concern and inconvenience this may have caused our guests.
